The goal of stress-management training is to increase the awareness of self-management possibilities in a stressful work environment and to teach the main methods of coping with stress, including relaxation techniques.
Target group: everyone who has experienced an inability to manage the balance of a demanding work and personal life when work is stressful and causes frequent illness or employee departures.
A more detailed training program depends on the nature of the work and stress factors of participants. We recommend enriching the program with a method suitable for relaxation, for example, relaxing breathing techniques and shindo.
Although it is possible to have a lecture on stress, it is more effective to organize a two-day training.
This training also works as a teamwork exercise. It warms up interpersonal relations and improves understanding among participants. The most suitable location for the training is the Tervise Paradiis spa in Pärnu that offers numerous relaxation possibilities.
