She helps them find top managers and specialists by mapping the client&#8217;s precise needs and supporting managers in making informed and considered choices.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Great things cannot happen in business without the right people in the right positions. My role is to bring together two parties who are looking for each other and share the same values &#8211; all in order to create a trust-based, long-term, and productive partnership. A deep understanding of the business and the team is the foundation of successful recruitment. That&#8217;s why, at the start of a partnership, I always take a close look at my client&#8217;s working and management culture, the values of the company and the manager, the development plans, and, of course, the current team and their expectations of the new member.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Epp holds a Master&#8217;s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Tallinn University of Technology.
