FINANCIAL DIRECTOR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Financial Director<\/strong>, you will be responsible for steering the financial health and growth of Marabu. This role encompasses broad responsibilities ranging from strategic planning and risk management to budgeting and financial reporting. You will ensure that all financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation, working in collaboration with other executives to ensure the airline\u2019s financial strategies support its operational, short-term, and long-term goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Liquidity Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Overseeing cash flow, cash concentration, and liquidity management to ensure operational needs are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      • Managing relationships with banks, financial service providers, and other related entities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Evaluating and managing the airline’s investments, ensuring optimal returns while maintaining liquidity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Implementing and monitoring strategies for foreign exchange and interest rate risk management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    We are looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    • Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Professional certifications like CPA, CFA, or ACCA are advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • A minimum of 8 years of financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the aviation industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Proficiency in financial software and systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Strong leadership qualities and team management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • High level of integrity and trustworthiness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Results-driven with an attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
