The agency is located in Tallinn, Strasbourg and Brussels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">eu-LISA welcomes to join their&nbsp;<strong>Corporate Services Unit<\/strong>&nbsp;in Tallinn, Estonia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OFFICE MANAGER<\/strong><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Office Manager is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and fulfilling a range of administrative, logistical and office management tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>YOUR TASKS ARE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>coordination and management of document flows;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identifying, collecting and processing internal requests for facility, logistical and office management fields;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>keeping an accurate record of maintenance and repair activities and schedules;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>support in administering eu-LISA office space and storage areas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>support in overseeing the implementation of contracts with external service providers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>active participation and hands-on approach to ensure a suitable, safe and healthy working environment as well as proper conditions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>post-secondary education attested by a diploma (or secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education and after obtaining the diploma, 3 years of proven professional experience);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience, from which a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in administration, HR or event management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>very good knowledge of both oral and written English and Estonian;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>advanced use of Microsoft Office tools;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ability to work under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><br>PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>supportive and helpful personality, with a cooperative and service-oriented attitude;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>good communication and interpersonal skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ability to cooperate smoothly in a multicultural environment.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WE OFFER<\/strong>&nbsp;an opportunity to work in an international environment of an important and prestigious organization!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apply via&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cv.tammistepersonal.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tammiste Talentbank<\/a>&nbsp;or CV-Online&nbsp;<strong>by the<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;14th of December 2022<\/strong>.&nbsp;<br><strong>PS!
