Use of tests in personnel selection
This training suits anyone involved in selecting new employees. Such people know that employees are hired for their experience and skills, but fired for their personal qualities.
Target group: manager’s assistant, personnel specialist, human resources manager, middle management, manager of a small company.
Before training, the participants fill out a questionnaire on their previous recruitment experience and expectations for the training, as well as a CMPS motivation questionnaire, the feedback of which is given during the course of the training. This helps prepare for the program in more detail.
The training is delivered by a psychologist and recruitment consultant Sirje Tammiste who is trained and certified to use the tests.
