Marketex Offshore Constructions is a solely owned company operating as a separate identity within the BLRT Grupp who is one of the largest industrial holdings in Northern Europe. Today, the BLRT Grupp holding has over 60 companies in seven European countries.

Marketex Offshore Constructions core competence is in providing turnkey solutions from steel, stainless steel and aluminum for the offshore oil and gas industry. The company can also provide solutions for bulk handling, processing, marine, port, and other industrial equipment.

In order to move forward together and to create
new relationships, we are looking for a

SALES MANAGER

with significant international sales experience in technical field.

Responsibilities:
  • market research in four areas: oil and gas, industry, pulp and paper and nuclear;
  • proactive search for new clients and negotiations;
  • in-house collaboration with appraisers, budgeters, project managers and lawyers, preparing contracts;
  • КАМ.

Requirements:
  • higher education, preferably technical;
  • previous experience as top sales manager for major industrial company projects, desirable experience in selling metal structures;
  • knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • market analysis skills;
  • MS Office experience at a regular user level, experience with any ERP system;
  • good technical skills;
  • result-oriented and independent ;
  • ability to work on long-term projects where the result is not immediately apparent (average project duration 6 months);
  • analytical thinking and perspective perception;
  • mobility and activity;
  • teamwork and collaboration skills;
  • planning and managing self- efficacy;
  • client-oriented;
  • proactivity and initiative;
  • strategic thinking;
  • stress tolerance.

Language skills:
  • English at C1 level (excellent in both spoken and written language, very good presentation skills);
  • Russian at least B1 level (must be able to communicate with co-workers);
  • proficiency in German is beneficial.
