Epp is a partner and advisor to managers and HR managers of various companies in the recruitment process. She helps them find top managers and specialists by mapping the client’s precise needs and supporting managers in making informed and considered choices.

Epp holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Tallinn University of Technology. Prior to joining Tammiste Personnel Office, she worked as a recruiter as well as a consultant to companies on HR management-related issues.
