Before entering the HR field nearly six years ago, Kerli studied sociology at Tallinn University. During her studies, she acquired a thorough knowledge of human behavior and social processes, which has been an invaluable help in her career as a human resources professional. This background has helped her better understand the needs of both candidates and clients, allowing her to create more effective solutions.

“I graduated in sociology and worked in HR for almost six years. My studies in sociology developed my analytical skills, which I use in my daily work. In recruitment, what fascinates me most is the opportunity to get to know different people, interact with them, and learn about various professions and companies. Overall, this job is very diverse and varied, which is the biggest plus for me.”
