Maarja is a recruitment partner with hands-on HR management experience and a strong understanding of the challenges organisations face. Maarja holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Andragogy from Tallinn University. She has furthered her professional development by completing HR Specialist studies at Tallinn School of Economics and has also completed Master’s-level studies in Business Management at Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences. Throughout her career, she has been closely involved in the HR field, working in both the public and private sectors in a variety of roles. A common thread throughout her professional journey has been the need to ensure that competent and motivated people are placed in the right roles.
