Theresa Toom

  • Recruitment Specialist

Theresa assists all Recruitment Partners with the preparation and execution of personnel search projects. Additionally, she is responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the Tallinn office.

One of her main tasks is to conduct targeted searches for suitable candidates who are open to offers.

“I am drawn to the diversity of our recruitment projects. I enjoy constant adaptation and learning to understand each role better. As a Recruitment Specialist, creating a positive candidate experience and executing organized projects are important to me.“

Theresa has prior experience in the field of human resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from Estonian Business School.

Theresa started at Tammiste Personalibüroo as a Recruitment Specialist in early 2024.

Colleagues about Theresa: Theresa is a positive and proactive colleague who has quickly integrated into our Tammiste’s team. We admire her curiosity and desire to understand. We highly value Theresa’s communication skills – discussing important topics is crucial for improvement. Our whole team is looking forward to a long and meaningful collaboration, as there is much to learn as a recruitment specialist. This job allows her to be part of all recruitment projects and to get to know different organizational cultures and clients.
