We suggest using speed and accuracy test when recruiting for positions where:

  • it is required to constantly learn new things;
  • several details must be kept in mind at the same time;
  • working fast and accurately is needed.

For example:

  • data entry specialists
  • accountants
  • secretaries
  • electronics assemblers
  • warehouse personnel

This test requires:

  • understanding the rules of the test and
  • creating a logic for yourself on how to use them;
  • being able to observe 3 rules simultaneously;
  • working quickly and accurately during the time limit of 18 minutes.

The test is conducted on paper in a controlled environment. About 10 candidates can be tested at the same time.
