PostPlus is looking to recruit a result-oriented IT professional. PostPlus is a world leader in cross border delivery solutions for e-commerce companies. In this role you will be a vital part of a quickly growing organization in an industry that is experiencing a massive growth. Our IT department team includes an IT manager, Business Analyst, System Administrator, IT Support Specialist and two remote Developers.

SENIOR DEVELOPER/TEAM LEAD


join our IT team in Tallinn office!

Key responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • lead the design and development of our internal systems
  • integrate various complex business logics
  • collaborate with the Business Analyst, Systems Administrator, IT Support, and remote Developers
  • ensure high-quality code and comprehensive test coverage

Desirable experience & qualifications:

  • minimum of 5 years of backend development experience
  • proficiency in .NET and related frameworks and tools (EF Core, SQL Server, Message Bus, Authn/Authz)
  • familiarity with front-end frameworks (ReactJS) is a plus
  • experience with Kubernetes, Azure (SQL Server, Service Bus, Kubernetes), and PowerBI is a plus
  • devOps experience is a plus

Skills and competencies:

  • strong understanding of software development principles such as SOLID, DDD, and Clean Architecture
  • detail-oriented with a focus on code quality and test coverage
  • ability to work effectively both in a team and independently, lead and motivate two remote developers
  • responsible and results-oriented mindset
  • fluent English language is a must, Estonian is a plus
