Marabu Airlines OÜ is a new Estonian airline, which launched operations in April 2023. We are based in Tallinn, Estonia, and operate leisure flights from Hamburg and Munich to destinations around the Mediterranean Sea, Egypt, the Canary Islands, Portugal, and Spain. Marabu currently serves its customers with 9 aircraft, operated by us and our operational partners.

LOGISTICS AND PROCUREMENT MANAGER
to join our team in Tallinn.
Logistics and Procurement Manager (LPM) reports to the Maintenance Planning and Control Manager. The LPM is a member of the CAMO team and contributes to the safe and economical operation of Marabu Airlines (MBU) state-of-the-art A320Neo fleet in accordance with the company’s CAME and consequently EASA Part M requirements.

Your main responsibilities include:
- Focal point of contact for MCC related to logistics and procurement issues coordination.
- Management of the airline parts, components, and materials logistics activities
- Management of components, parts-, tools loan, and procurement agreements with Vendors
- Maintain continuous contact with current parts, material, and tool suppliers and continue the search for new suppliers.
- Evaluate suppliers’ performance, compliance, reliability, and speed of suppliers and initiate corrective actions if service level is not acceptable.
- Management of the parts and tool inventory and record-keeping system
- Coordinate Marabu shipments’ third-party shipment and receiving activities
- Component repair management with Vendors
We are looking for:
- Ability and right to live and work in the EU / Estonia / Tallinn area
- Good English language (written and spoken) skills
- Dynamic personality paired with an assertive attitude
- Very good team player with problem-solving logistics skills with a “can do” attitude even under time pressure
- Experience in aircraft parts and material purchasing and logistics activity
- Very good IT knowledge and high-level skills, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT is a must
- Experience with maintenance tracking software OASES or AMOS is an advantage
- Valid Fuel Tank Safety Phase 1, EWIS and Human Factor training is an advantage.
